The Smithsonian is coming to Butler!

“Key Ingredients: America by Food”, a new Smithsonian traveling exhibition, delves into the historical, regional, and social traditions that merge into everyday meals and celebrations of the American table. Poplar Heights Farm is thrilled to have been selected as one of only six sites in the stat of Missouri to host “Key Ingredients”.
